What a blessing it has been to be able to have called Boulder my home since 1974! I came to this place to attend the University of Colorado and never left...a true testament to the magnetic magic that Boulder holds.

I became licensed to sell Real Estate in 1986 and have been happily servicing home buyers and sellers since that time. I have the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation as well as the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. I believe that through education and 23 years of experience my clients receive the highest level of honest and integral service that the industry offers. This is why nearly all of my business comes from highly satisfied past clients.

I am the mother of 2 grown girls and have been happily married 13 years to a wonderful man. He and I enjoy lots of adventures together hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, scuba diving and travelling.  Some of my other interests include ethnic cooking and alternative healing.

In addition to my professional skills I have been told by many that I am a pleasure to work with as I have a "sunny disposition" and a positive attitude.  As buying or selling a home is never easy, I am sensitive and empathetic to the needs of my clients and strive to consummate all transactions with the least amount of hardship. I pride myself on anticipating potential roadblocks before they arise and skillfully negotiating acceptable solutions to problems.
